Make a good habit

Doing things in repetition makes it a habit. There are things that we don’t usually do, but the time we started to do it three time or more, chances are we get to get it as a habit. Yoko Ono said “Smile in the mirror. Do that every morning, and you’ll start to see a big difference in your life.” Well, one smile makes a lot of change either. I think I have to try this one and see how it works.
